Jtec HCM is providing complete construction management/project management services for the addition and renovation to the single-story facility for The Surgery Center in Oakland. The project consists of renovation to 13,432 SF of existing space and a 2,710 SF addition. The addition contains two new surgery rooms and a sterilization room. Renovations to the existing space includes upgrades to new nurse call systems, new fire, automatic sprinkler and alarm systems throughout the building and the addition of new MEP systems. Site work includes tree removal, new landscaping and irrigations system, lighting and a tank farm for the medical gases used in the facility.
