Jtec HCM was responsible for multiple projects under a phased program at Washington Hospital.  We have provided both project and construction management services for acute care renovations and upgrades, a nursing skills clinic, outpatient clinic, conference center, retail/pharmacy space, administrative offices, a child care center, central utility plant, imaging center and a new center for joint replacement.

Part of this work included:

• OR 3 renovation

• Peri-Operative Services – ORs 7 & 8

Additional projects involved on-going capital project work that has included signage upgrades, infrastructure upgrades and seismic testing.
