Mission Viejo Tower 3 & NPC Upgrades

Jtec HCM is providing comprehensive owner’s representation, project and construction management services for multiple initiatives across the healthcare campus.

Tower 3 – Oversight includes master planning, land use planning, programming validation, conceptual planning, and full design and construction for approximately 162,000 SF of acute care space, including a new emergency department. Additional scope includes loading dock expansion, campus entrance realignment, kitchen expansion, and landscaping with healing and roof gardens.

NPC Upgrades – Upgrades to Nonstructural Performance Criteria (NPC) for Towers 1 and 2 to achieve NPC 4 compliance, along with campus-wide NPC improvements.
