Jtec HCM was selected to provide project management and construction management services for this new hospital. This project will deliver forward-thinking and innovative care. It also includes a multi-faceted land use development and that will revitalize and promote long-term growth for the community.

This new hospital will serve southern California’s high desert region (Victorville / Apple Valley / Hesperia).

The first phase of the project will consist of a 29-acre, on-site development and a 4.2-acre, off-site development including:

• 6-story, 525,000+ sf acute care tower

• New central utility plant with all-electric option

• Surface parking with charging stations and PV option

• Helipad

• Hardscaping, landscaping and bioswale mitigation

• Greenfield site utility and street development

• Alternative site plan options for the 98-acre campus

• Hospital outpatient/MOB building for future phases
